Starting with the most recent patch I have started getting horrible, horrible packet loss style "lag" in random mm games (frequently get ~2-3 second delay on actions/chat, unit movement is constantly and heavily stuttered but ping remains "normal"). If it isn't there at the start it never crops up, if it is there it starts at hero selection and will not stop regardless of any and all attempts to fix it. the stuttering appears to be worse when around other units.
I do not believe it is on my end as I if I have the "lag", rm the game and immediately start another and it will be fine.
so far i know ive played games with this problem on USE 22, 13 and 57. The other times I've managed to get an RM. I know I have MM on 57 before (1/7 at 1:30pm ish eastern) w/o problems based on recent history.
