permanent d/c icon

For the past 2 days, Ill get a d/c icon in game since the start of the match where i cannot move my character, buy anything, type to chat or even vote. I can still see everything in realtime. Every 5-10min Ill get a brief 5-10s interval where i can actually move then i go back into d/c state.

This problem happened to me before about a month ago but went away after a day or 2.

My ping is around 100ms and i play black ops without a hitch.
