game crashes constantly

Since the last Patch my games crashes every time while i'm at the loading screen.
No UI Mods installed.
Reinstalled 3 times
tried other Graphicdrivers
tried to run game with lowest graphic settings

I can't upload my crashdump bc i get an error saying :
You may only upload .zip files that contain console logs (console.log) or crashdumps.

Sample crashdump names:
(Windows: crash_1.0.6.2_0000.dmp)
(Linux: crash_1.0.1.0_02.log)
(Mac: HoN_2010-07-31-164537_macusername.crash)

My files name is "crash_2.0.5.0_0001.zip"

You need to zip the crash dumps and logs. Use the default windows compressed folders utility to make the zips as that is known to use the right compression format.
