Greetings comrades
I have this quite irritating issue thats been bothering me for awhile, but more so now that Matchmaking has become more popular. I have attempted to read up about this on the forums, and have noticed various other people have had the same issue as me, but i don't exactly understand how it was fixed. The problem is that, mostly every time i join a matchmaking game, or try to join a game of my friends, and even sometimes when reconnecting to games i d/c from, i get the message "No Response From Server". One way i overcome this issue is by going into Creating a Game and then i refresh the servers, then Matchmaking works most of the time, but of late, it hasn't.
Is it something to do with my modem or router set up? or would it be anti-virus software blocking the servers or something? I'm not exactly a computer technician so i don't really know what to do :/

Thats the console log, think i did it wrong though, wouldnt go into Attach Files, so just pasted the URL here :/
Last thing i did was try to join 5 MM games, witch all had that same issue, so hopefully it helps
Edit: Ive been waiting for a response for some time now, and its either because your busy or i havent give enough information
One example of the error happens at 9282 - 9290 in the console log
ive tried disabling my firewall
ive read the support wiki
ive tried allowing outgoing traffic for some ports
im on a homenetwork
my average ping for american servers in 200
my bandwidth is 2mb/s
im using Vista
refreshing game servers and exiting chat channels seems to help joining matchmaking games, if i don't do that, i barely get in.
