Yes, that is Akuma. Kinda looks like a kung fu vampire.... don't you think?

With each attack, Bartholomew drinks a little of his opponents blood, becoming spiritually linked with them for a short period of time. This bond allows Bartholomew to sense his target over great distances and to always know where he is.

Level 1: 5% life leech and gives true site of target within 500 range for 3 seconds.
Level 2: 10% life leech and gives true site of target within 700 range for 4 seconds.
Level 3: 15% life leech and gives true site of target within 900 range for 5 seconds.
Level 4: 20% life leech and gives true site of target within 1500 range for 5 seconds.

Discussion: After a target has been attacked by Bartholomew, the target will be visible for the duration of time. This will work through dark lady's ult (but just for you).

Range 450

After watching an ancient recording of "Kill Bill 2", Bartholomew wanted nothing more to learn Pai Mei's exploding heart technique. However, there were no records of this move anywhere so he invented his own version of it...

Deals minor damage to the enemy at first and additional damage as the enemy moves or attacks. Each attack or movement causes a mini stun of .2 seconds

Level 1: Deals 50 initial damage and does 50 additional damage for each 50 units moved or every 3 attacks/spell (can only occur 1 time)
Level 2: Deals 50 initial damage and does 50 additional damage for each 40 units moved or every 2 attacks/spell (can only occur 2 times)
Level 3: Deals 50 initial damage and does 50 additional damage for each 30 units moved or every attack/spell (can only occur 3 times)
Level 4: Deals 50 initial damage and does 50 additional damage for each 20 units moved or every attack/spell (can only occur 4 times)

Lasts for 7/8/9/10 seconds.

Mana Cost: 100
Cooldown: 15

Discussion: The way the mini stun works is by having the spell or attack finished before mini stunning occurs . This will not stop a spell or attack from occurring. It will stop channeling spells however (spell is cast on target; caster is stunned; channeling ends). This skill is to stop chain casters and is good for chasing. Basically, putting this on an enemy caster will make them think about using a spell or not and will have to get rid of charges by either running around or auto attacking.

Range 330

Hero teleports to target dealing one normal attack and then performing additional attacks for different rates of damage and finally stunning the target. The hero will go to the next attack in the sequence if the target is still within the 330 range and the speed of the combo attack is based on the hero's current attack speed (slow attack speed makes each hit slower, faster attack speed makes each hit faster). Each attack is considered a normal attack and will use attack modifiers such as crit, maim, or mini stun. Any damage dealt from attack modifiers will also be reduced. Units can go stealthed during attack but combo will continue.

Level 1: deals 1 additional strike at 25% damage and stunning for 2 seconds on 2nd attack
Level 2: deals 1 additional strike at 25% damage, 1 additional strike at 50% damage, and stunning for 2 seconds on 3rd attack
Level 3: deals 1 additional strike at 25% damage, 1 additional strike at 50% damage, 1 additional strike at 75% damage, and stunning for 2 seconds on 4th attack
Level 4: deals 1 additional strike at 25% damage, 1 additional strike at 50% damage, 1 additional strike at 75% damage, 1 additional attack at 100%, and stunning for 2 seconds on 5th attack

Mana: 100
Cooldown: 15 seconds.

Discussion: Early on this attack will not do much damage and is basically a guaranteed critical strike against an opponent once you hit level 3. However, this combo can be stopped by either getting our of range or mini stunning/disabling the hero mid combo as he will not be invulnerable during this attack sequence but he will be moving around.

Can no longer stand being in the center of an epic battle and not being able to feast to his hearts content. His hunger drives him mad, filling his every moment with the urge to kill. This urge allows him to ignore all fatigue and lets him move faster than he was before.

Increases attack and MS by 50% and removes all cool downs.

Level 1: lasts 6 seconds and gives 1 free spell
Level 2: lasts 9 seconds and gives 2 free spells
Level 3: lasts 12 seconds and gives 3 free spells
With ult staff: adds 3 seconds to duration and increases MS and AS by an additional 10%

Cooldown: 100/80/60

Discussion: This basically allows the hero to go all out for a short duration of time. The secret here is that the hero can use the exploding heart attack on pretty much every hero if he has the mana for it and is in range. Additionally, being able to go into the combo right after this can be really deadly (especially 1v1)

no offense mate, but I am absolutely not voting for a kung fu vampire. and I'm the kind of guy that thinks robots in HoN are okay.

Annnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnd CUT. You once commented on one of my friends Heroes without showing any intelligence at all in your comment. Now I scolded you there, and waited eagerly for your reply. But now I see this hero, and I shall show you how one is supposed to comment on heroes, even if the heroes creator has offended you.
1. Essence Bond (Passive) This ability gives ridiculous amounts of lifesteal (20%) and gives true vision of the target, so as long as you are faster than said hero they will never be able to run away as long as you hit them every 5 seconds. A hero can't even blink out of range of the sight. This ability is both boring and overpowered, and it has synergy, true but that synergy only makes it more ridiculously overpowered
2. Pai Mei's Exploding Heart A lame ability, 0 synergy, unclear description, and stupid text introducing it.
3. Teleportation Combo: A blink strike, but with a stun, and 5 extra attacks. What could go wrong? Statistically speaking, you are guaranteed to crit when you use this ability in conjunction with a flayer. Now combined with vision and lifesteal, not only is it impossible to get away from the combo, but the combo gives you a stupid amount of health back because of your ridiculous lifesteal
4. Bloodlust: Dumb ability, forced synergy, and combined with tp combo, it gives 10 attacks and a 4 second stun on a hero. I hate you
Everything about this hero is stupid, and I wish I could somehow de-bump you all the way to the bottom of the list so it was never seen. Nothing about this hero is cool or well thought out. A kung-fu vampire is just a rip off of a kung-fu panda, and fits into HoN even less so. Even though I hate this hero, I gave you thoughts, which is more than you did for my friend. Thumbs down and I've said why

I actually thought I responded to all my posts which I didn't like through edits (many times I will just edit my initial response to make it more clear). If you tell me the thread, I will gladly explain my thoughts.

1) Based it off Skeleton King life steal aura which was 20% for all melee characters around you. After looking at the items list, I noticed that the helm of the dominator port isn't 20% like I thought. As such, you are correct sir, this ability does have too much life leech. As for being seen, yes, I can see you. That doesn't mean I can attack you. As I mentioned this guy is the anti stealth so Scout and tree will be very sad against this guy. Nighthound can probably still get away and be hard to get a hit on with his smoke screen.
2) I thought the intro text was funny. Sorry, guess it wasn't. Hmm, guess getting mini stunned on auto attacking, casting a spell, or moving within 8 seconds wasn't clear enough
3) Ok, so I should probably reduce the range to something like 250 instead of 330 so people can run out of range but this attack isn't deadly until late game when STR heros shine anyways. Also, you can escape via blink or a stun/disable. Plenty of heros have blinks or stuns/disables.
4) I am not sure about your math there. It is actually 7 full attacks and a 4 second stun. And for an ultimate, I would say that is fair.
