Hi. I have a problem, and that is I dont know how to make flat ground in a different height than the standard. I dont know what tool to use, and everytime I use the tools the areas I try to high overlapps eachother and
makes it uneven.

Can someone make a picture or, what I would prefer, and video guide. (Ps. Cut tool doesnt ****ing work, only cuts at the damn same height everytime)

Select the Flatten tool on the terrain toolbar.
Click and hold on your higher terrain you want to flatten.
Drag your mouse to make the terrain the same height.

The Flatten tool let you make a flat terrain at the height of the terrain where you started to drag.

Cut is used to reduce too high terrain to the set height. You can change the value to the right side of the toolbar.

If you're trying to make different "levels" of height that are flat, or something kind of like a plateu, you can use the cliff tool, and I prefer to use "flatten" rather than raise/lower. I've found the terrain tool rather frustrating and clunky. The only problem with using the cliff tool is that you have to use ramps to make pathing available to the higher areas. If you right click with the flatten tool for cliffs, it raises it 1 "level" and right click lowers 1 "level".
