MsPudding Announcer - Missing sound?

I saved up coins to buy the MsPudding Announcer pack, and after that I bought it of course, but the problem is that i can't hear her myself - Other people says that they can easily hear it, but i can't.

Is there any solution to this?

If you go into your vault and preview the soundpack, do you hear the sounds?
