Replicated on two Windows 2000 machines. Steps to reproduce:
1) Install HoN from HoNClient-2.0.4.2.exe installer
2) Attempt to run HoN
Detailed description: Game will crash immediately with "hon.exe has encountered a problem" dialog (NOT a K2 exception) and no console.log written. Upon further investigation with Dependency Walker profiling tool, it becomes apparent that something tries to call the function "SystemFunction036" from advapi32.dll - but this function is not present in the latest version of the dll in Windows 2000.
Is probably irrelevant, but may be worth noting that both computers have older Athlon 64 processors. Both also got K2 Exceptions when trying to patch to 2.0.4.2 from 2.0.3 (hence the reinstall).
