Night Hound invis

I don't play Night Hound very much and I'm sure this is just me being a retard but how can you tell when your invis has actually kicked in? The little icon is always there regardless of your state and i occasionaly end up getting ganked when i thought i was hidden. I don't notice my hero looking any different either.

you have 3 second fade time at lvl 1, 2.25 at lvl 2. 1.5 at lvl 3. just guestimate is my suggestion.

He goes transparent when he goes invisible, but I do agree it can be hard to tell in the heat of it, perhaps if he went a darker blue or something?

if u get killed while invis, the enemies maybe got an eye, wards or dust of reveal

Aye i know about the time but it can be easy to lose track.

Would be nice if you went transparent like when you get rune.

Quite possibly a ward, is there no way of knowing you've been detected by one until you get a beating?

u could plant some ward's of revelation yourself, to check if there are some in your lane

Would be nice to turn invisible like madman does when he uses stalk, or like other person said when you get invisible rune.
