Taunt Bug! help pls!

[Desertstorm]

hey got a problem, i already purchased taunt, a week ago, did some smackdowns,

today, when i got ingame, it says "Taunt is disabled for this account"

somebody can help me?

edit: this is no practise mode, i know it doesnt work there!
