Crash on startup

My game shows only S2 logo and then crashes. It worked just fine on same OS, but other hardware, I moved on laptop. I had similiar software, same OS, now it's clean install.

Intel i5 Core 460 @ 2.53
4GB RAM DDR3 1066
GeForce gt425m
Win 7 64

What I've tried:
1. Disabling UAC
2. Running as Admin
3. Disabling background apps
4. I have no firewall
5. No antivirus either
6. Microsoft firewall disabled
7. Reinstalled the game
8. Deleted directory and reinstalled

Looks like remains of mods.
Could you please remove the Heroes of Newerth folder in MyDocuments
