my game lags when i run skype and HoN

HI i have a problem when i play HoN and talk over skype at same time and it irritating. Thecharecters in-game looks laggy when they walk and it ruins the gameplay but as soon i shutdown skype the game runs like it should do ... and it doesent help if i change the graphics in-game its lags as much on low as it does on high

you could try increasing the priority of HoN via the task manager, However some systems specs would be helpful
