"No response from server" while trying to join a MM

Hello, as the title says my problem is related to the difficoulty of joining MMs. On about the 95% of the times i try to start a MM, it finds a game and then the screen gets like freezed on my green load bar for some seconds, after that it says "no reponse from server". I got a g-class router perfectly working for web surfing streaming etc,connected via wifi with my PC, and my connection is about 11 Mbit/sec. Sometimes it also happens that i get disconnected from some public games, with the PC that loses the connection with the phone line (not with the router) and the connection comes back in a few seconds, so i can rejoin those public games. By the way my biggest iussue is with joining MM (i can join about 1 on 30-40 tries, such annoying thing). Feel free to ask me more info about my connection and thanks for the help.

Do you have a console.log from a session where you were disconnected from a game? If so, please upload it to http://tools.heroesofnewerth.com/upload.php. Remember to zip the .log file (using Winzip, WinRAR or other comparative program) before uploading.

ok, i did it, file uploaded. By the way its a normal file not one from a session where i was disconnected. The file was uploaded with the HON name "Buonanotte" that's my current name, because Admant was my name in the Beta version.

Ok i could fix it, thanks anyways. I changed some router's impostation and now it works properly.
