Crash during load

If my game crashes during a load of a map, my game will consistently crash me whenever I try to rejoin the game. I have tried to pre-cache before re-entering a match, have no mods applied, tried restarting my modem, restarting computer. Still to no luck. I have to sit the next 15+ minutes trying to rejoin the match so I don't get a disconnection statistic, as the disconnect timer keeps resetting each time I crash during reloading the game. I have also given my user details to a friend to launch the game and play for me, but he receives an error message and doesn't allow him to connect to the game.

Console log, I unfortunately believe this is on the last attempt of logging in but the game had already but conceded, so I couldn't get the console log of the crash.
