Freeze - Randomly 4 sec black screen +laggs after

Hey guys,
as already mentioned in the title im having random black screen in HoN for about 4 seconds, after the 4 seconds the HoN images appear again but i have to turn hon off/on again to be able to play again. Sometimes it doesn't happen for 4 games sometimes 2 times a game... Im not quite sure but I think i once saw a message saying like nvidia graphic kernel model 260.999 missing?

I first updated my graphic driver form 258 to 260 but didn't chancged anything at all. Also reinstalled HoN but made no changes even I played without mods...
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Here my hardware details:
Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.66GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.7GHz
NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GT (512mb)
Memory: 3072MB RAM DDR2-667

Currently I'm using xlitename and TSR mod again (as no mods made no change) here the changelog: Error appeared this game like after 15-20 minutes.

Please reinstall using the latest installer. That's an old log. Make sure all mods are disabled, too.

Reinstalled HoN 2 days ago with latest version from heroesofnewerth.com and installed/used no mods... error just appeared again today here the log:

I apologize if we are not handling your issue as quickly as you would like but we have a lot of tech support inquiries. I assure you we are looking into your issue and will attempt to solve it as soon as possible.


EDIT: We could also use more information. It might not help but it could.



System Information
Provide your system information to ensure your system is compatible with HoN. In particular, your graphics card must be at least shader model 2 or opengl 2.0 compliant. The Intel GMA 9xx series and prior are not supported.

Hardware
Please include, your RAM, Graphics Card, CPU, and CPU/GPU Temperatures. For any other issues, post the details on the hardware giving you trouble.

(To find most of this info, Start > Run > dxdiag)

Version
Please state what version of Windows you are running, including 32 or 64 bit.

Console.log
The K2 engine keeps a log of the console. This is often very helpful in identifying your problem. Look under the following directory for your console.log : C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\MyDocuments\Heroes of Newerth\game\.

What you were doing
