Alt hero crash

When someone plays with an one of the new alt hero skins. My game will load to where the bar 100% full and then crash. I can solve this problem by deleting the hero entity file for that hero and then I load the game.

I can up load crash from about week and half ago and when the last one happened today i didn't think about. and I can upload crash report if that will help.

tired uploading on tools.heroes...site and failed....

Please ensure you have no mods installed and that none of the archives are corrupted (typically resources0.s2z).

Do you have a console.log from a session where you crashed? If so, please upload it to http://tools.heroesofnewerth.com/upload.php. Remember to zip the .log file (using Winzip, WinRAR or other comparative program) before uploading.
