Match making: no response from server !!

Well,I never reach the stage where I see the colored circles of other players. Instead, I'm dropped with the error message "No response from server."

I checked some threads about this problem and i disabled firewall and anti-virus for solving this issue but i cant fixed it

i connect directly to the modem and i did everything what "IAmRoot" said on the similar threads about this error.

Also , since i've started to play HoN , this "no response from server" error appeared sometimes on public games when i tried to join the game with right click one of my friends(when he joins the game) and left lick on "join game"

Do you have a console.log from a session where you were disconnected from a game? If so, please upload it to http://tools.heroesofnewerth.com/upload.php. Remember to zip the .log file (using Winzip, WinRAR or other comparative program) before uploading.

Well, i disabled modem's firewall and it worked.
Is there any way to fix it without disabling the modem's firewall ?

Add hon.exe and hon_update.exe to the firewall as safe exceptions/trusted applications (whichever your firewall requires).

Additionally, when uploading a console.log it's handy if you paste the URL(s) provided so that we can see it too ;)

If you have Hamachi, uninstall it.

I've been having the no response from server for months, when I uninstalled Hamachi I've never come across it again.
