Not seeing aura or consumable timers

I am unable to see the auras i am receiving (ie: glacius aura...etc) nor am I able to see the timers when i drink something to see how long they have until finished. Anyone know how I get this option back on?

Disable any mods if you have them, it is not an option to turn those off (i believe)
