Mouse glitching

first off i know there have been other threads about this glitch, and i read through them all, but everyone seems to say that its a result of a un-upgraded ati driver.

i decided to look into this and ran a program which found that my driver had not been updated, so i went ahead and upgraded it.

granted, the update did help, but i still get this glitch very often. My mouse still vanishes or flashes.

I've never had this problem before, and has only started happening with a new patch in the last few months (ive been away from HoN for a while).

Alt Tabbing will help you temporarily solve the problem.

@above i tried this and it seemed to work but for some reason it takes my pc a while to alt tab the game ( might have been as a result of all the programs in the background i was running ).

But seriously S2; a few friends, people here on the forums and myself have been having this problem and i would appreciate it if you could take the time to address this issue and solve it in an upcoming patch.

It's a driver issue. It's not something we have any control over. Disabling exclusive mode should allow you to alt tab faster.

Thank you for your reply IAmRoot.

But do you seriously expect me to just alt tab every 2 minutes just to play your game?
And about the so called "driver issue", i said before, i have looked into it and updated every possible driver i could and nothing seems to work! I just tried playing a game about 5minutes ago, and the glitch started occurring within 2 minutes of the creeps spawning. I then did what was suggested which was to alt-tab, but the glitch occurred within 30 seconds of me alt-tabbing back, so i had nothing else to do but sit in the well while my team got beat and watched as they raged at me. This resulted in me being kicked and costing me my leaver percentage.

The only thing i can think of is reinstalling my drivers for my video card, but i don't have any faith in this plan.

Also, alt-tabbing with exclusive mode off no longer works.
I must have just gotten lucky with a few games where the glitch didn't occur.

I tried re-installing my drivers and such, still no luck.

Still waiting for someone to explain how to fix, someone who has had experience with this would be nice.

There isn't anything we can do from our end. Your best bet is to try the ati forums.

It would appear that i have temporarily solved the problem. See, i've been using dual screens for a while now, but when i disable one the problem seems to dissapear.

So.. until something CAN be done about it, all you gotta do is disable one screen if you're dual screening.
