Go into your Heroes of Newerth folder and then into the game folder.
There should be a teextures.s2z file. You can open this file with an archiver like winrar.
In this file, you have the same file structure than in the resources0.s2z, so if you want Deadwood's icon, you can find it in /heroes/deadwood/icon.dds".
