K2 Exception PLEASE HELP

when i start hon , a blackscreen arrives and a few seconds later i get a message `Would you save a crash report?`
i COMPLETELY deinstalled and installed hon , but the same problem is there...
i updatet my graphic card etc.....
my pc is windows xp home edition 2002
Pentium 4 CPU 2.80 GHz
Kloksnelheid : 2.79GHz , 512MB
grahip card from intel 82865G Graphics Controller
