Crash -> No reconnection opportunities -> Unable to join Match Making (leave %)

Hello, Supporters.

I would like to apologize for my bad English literacy in advance.

I've currently ran into a rather annoying issue. I started a game via Match Making system, chose a hero and started loading. After a few seconds my HoN client crashed. After running it again I haven't seen any reconnection messages. Then I started another MM-game, and after I finished it my leave status was displayed as 10.81% and I cant join matchmaking again due to its 11% cap. - I have to buy a reset or play 42 games without leaving to join it.

I don't find it fair to pay for a reset, when I didn't actually leave the game voluntarily and I also didn't have any opportunities to reconnect it.

SYSTEM INFORMATION:
1) Graphic card: Nvidia GeForce 9300M GS
2) CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T5800 @ 2.00GHz
3) 2048 mb RAM
OS INFORMATION:
1) Ubuntu 10.04 (lucid) x86
2) No firewall (althou ununtu standard firewall)

The console mode in applications by default is used for debugging, and ordinary users, like me, can not even guess about its existence.

Blind luck! Won 2 public games and leaver status has gone. Hope I won't have such problems in future. Thank you very much for your advice and sorry about this little thing.
