Low ping play, DC icon appears and loses total control of hero

Having the same problem as the last two threads with the same title. My internet and computer system hasn't been altered, and the problme happens since the last two days after the mm came out. Of course I have only been playing mm ever since, played one public game, but not sure if there was the same problem.

I'm in Germany , and only play mm in EU server, which is different from the last two threads.

Not sure how to post the ping log.

Would appreciate if it could be solved.

Btw, my friend is playing at the same room with the same router, but he has no such problem. Only difference between his and mine is the operating system. His is WinXP and mine is Win7. Could that be the root of the problem.
