I cut it a bit short, because that is where the problem is. But I've uploaded the whole console logfile in a zip attached to this post.

Friend of mine has got a problem with the TMM servers
He can load EU servers if I invite him.(public)
But something seems to block him off the TMM servers :/
He's also turned off his firewall and antivirus. Restarted HoN and it's still not working :<
He's stuck at 0% for some reason - he also has this kind of issue only on UK servers...
