Could you please try manually removing all the files in your Heroes of Newerth folder and then reinstall the game?

I already reinstailed HoN 1 time. After full deinstalation (replays e.t.c)
I can do it again but what shood happend after 2nd reinstalation

Bought alternative avatar with my macbook
Now from normal computer i cant use this avatar in matches...
Selecting Alternative avatar and iam getting standart one...

With regards to the permission issue, are you using Vista or Windows 7? If so, please try installing HoN to the root of your partition (ie. C:\) or running it as administrator.
