Matchmaking - Wins/Losses not being Recorded

Post here for Matchmaking errors involving Wins/Losses only (not coin-related).

I just played a game which we won in 15 min and the enemy team conceded, but when i get to the stat screen and looking at my quick victory coins i see i just got 2 coins and it says it was a loss.

I also lost PSR for that game.

We won the game but at the end of the game when coins are given it states that I lost so I lost out on coins I should have got for winning AND for consecutive wins.

i played Matchmaking with 3 mates, normal mode, BP i think.
That game doesn't show up no where, not even for my mates..
it was a 70 minutes game.. would be sad if we wouldnt get our coins.

Yeah same happened to me, I should of got 19 PSR to take me up to 1580ish instead I lost 2 games infront of that and went down to 1517, frustrating to say the least!

I did 4 games yesterday. 2 games not recorded, and the others were counted. The first not recorded game : the other team conceded at 15 mins The second one : we conceded at 15 mins. Maybe the easy concede is the reason of not recorded games (!?). For theses games, i cannot even find the replays....

i had 10 games for casual MM played prior to today. i updated the new patch and my stats were back down as if they were reset. i figured since i've been hearing MM is still in the testing stage, that everyones has been reset. but everyone else i know still has their stats saved since the patch.

Other team refused to remake, of course. Could probably still reconnect right now if the game would work, but it won't even recognize my console reconnect command anymore.

I can edit with the MatchID after the stats get recorded, if necessary. (Probably, anyway, Maide's site is still down and yours is terrible.)

i have had my stats of two wins no less not submit, i think the server might be giving out old match id's because the one game i got the match id from it showed a game that i had just played which was a 5v5 as a 1v1 with people that were not even in our match. the id for the latest match that the stats were not submitted for is 26176292 i should have 2 more wins on my account on for public games and one for mm (plus the coins that i never got)

I have played a series of MatchMaking games yesterday (around 10) unfortunately one of my games was not recorded, because of that i have lost full bonus of consecutive games (bye bye +6 bonus coins that really hurt :( :( ) but what really concerns me is that my win was not recorded, no coins no stats no mmr nothing.

So i ask you politely if someone from S2 could please look into this and if possible fix that match. I have wrote down the MatchID - 28141190.

If needed i can provide full replay file which i downloaded from website.
And i think my other 4 team members would be really happy as well if you are going to fix this match :) .

Hello .. I have kind of other problem but i didn't know where to post it and it's kinda urgent. I played match when in countdown we got "No response from server" and it disconnected us all but counted loss for me and i lost MMR a get leave %. Today someone probably tried to fix my MMR as i posted on support but ... Now i dont have my leave % .. but i have 0 MMR ! ... So i want to ask you if any of you can help me with this issue and fix it as soon as possible because i would like to play MM again in these days. Thank you for help.

Just won a sd game(MMR) with kraken(1min ago). After the enemies CC`ed, it took forever while the "submit the stats" thingy went on. everyone else on the team+enemy team had the same issue. After 30s or something it gave us the disconnect from game option. jet no score screen load, nor mmr increase.

Tryed relogging 3 times.
I didnt get any mmr increase nor does the game show up in my records.

For your first thing: would be useful to contact your enemy whether they actually do see it then, if only the team of 4 gets bugged. Yet that's impossible, as you cannot see it as 4-being (no stats recorded; no names visible)

For your second thing: In my particular case, it doesn't get recorded as in, I'm not able to see it at Recent Games nor at the Stat Overview window.

Ah well i can remember on the other match i played behemot and had valkyrie and chipper on my team, and played against bloodhunter,magmus. Our Valk disc at around 10minutes and even their Bloodhunter had many disc´s.

Heya guys,

I just did 2 games with my clan on Normal mode Matchmaking.
We won the first one but we saw we didn't get any stats for it. So we thought that the game would add them later. So we decided to wait a little bit and just do another game, which we lost, but the game we lost counted!
It's not a big deal but it would be nice if we could get the won MMR and not only the losing one.
I'm 100% sure it was a stat normal mode game and not a public/casual/no-stat.
I hope somebody from the community or S2Games can help me with this issue because this might occur to other people aswell!
