Matchmaking - Wins/Losses not being Recorded

My friends and I just won a match (80468734) and after they conceded we got the msg failed to retrieve match information.

The match i played didn't even record at all. I won the game, playing Keeper. another player was DCAT, he was valkerie. i looked up his profile and the match was not recorded either. I was gonna get around 5 MMR. Game was fairly long, idk how long. 35 minutes? took 2 rax and 2 base towers.

Last match i played before the failure to record match was 81161898

Also happened to me, was playing as blacksmith and was hoping for the MMR from the win and the coins, came out, no stats or coins game wasn't recorded at all

Same thing i was playing gauntlet, like 40 minute match, afterall we won it, i got 0 mmr, 0 coins and match wasn't recorded... gotta say, very annoying...

I played a game of HoN on the 16th May 2012. The match ID is 90133750 and i was playing Swiftblade. My team eventually won but the game ended it was recorded a loss in the end game stats but the video replay clearly shows my team won. What?

hello. help me to solve my problem! when I played a matchmaking on the developed circumstances to me it was necessary to leave some games. my percent of desertion exceeded norm. when I came into a matchmaking at me there was a message that I should win back a quantity of games in public ! and so after that messages I spent 2 days in public without leaves then after I won back necessary number of games I tried to play a matchmaking ! but at me nothing it did not turn out! at first everything was as usual, that is game search began, there was a game and here the window emerges that I have a big percent of desertion!

As i noticed this id has come up before in the reply above
i contacted the S2 support and i have been told the same answer that they will look into this but no stas will be retrieved.....
this is very serius because the ID match is VERY strange....all my other games todasy had an id starting of 10497.......and suddenly this comes up.....its clearly a hole deferent server....
i checked my games in MY DOCUMENTS and they all have the same starting id in the same days.....
something is going on with this id and S2 has to explain.....

I played a TMM game today which ended at about 2:45 server time. In this game I played Emerald Warden and my friend (Account: Tittipoco) played Nymphora. Throughout the game every player kept experiencing spikes.

When we won the game, we both noticed that:

a) the game doesnt show up under "statistics". Therefore, we cannot provide a match ID.
b) we did not get MMR for this game


I am very willing to provide any information that you need in order to correct this problem.

I've got the same problem as "locolaca. Was playing TMM and my friend (accountname: rhokvar) and me won the game, they conceded at 15 and I got Panda with 22/1 and immortal. After game was over:

a) the game doesnt show up under "statistics". Therefore, we cannot provide a match ID.
b) we did not get MMR or coins for this game
