constant dcs and connection error

i have been playing the matchmaking and every 3-4 mins or so
i keep geting pulled out of game and the reconect buttons there
with a timer of somthing like 34623545654 seconds to reconect if i press it
says connection error pls try again soon.
and every time i get back in i dc in another few mins it only started happening a few hours ago pls help
