Making terrain

Hey guys,

So i've seen tons of people already saying that putting stuff on the map took them 5 minutes. Can some1 explain how newb unfriendly this editor precisly is? I mean i know NOTHING of computers / programming or anything. But would it be possible for me to make a awesome terrain without this knowledge?

Just open the editor and see for yourself. ;) I think the terrain editor somewhat clear, you should be able to do some nice stuff with it even though you've never used editors before.

There wont be a guide for this for a while, terrain editing is one of the easier features.
Look at screenshots of other maps, look at other maps or by practicing in the editor. Thats the best advice that can be given for now.
