Goal of the item:

Reason for Item:
Toggleable magic immunity with a tiny cooldown.
Need to carry your team to victory, but your Shrunken Head is down to 5 seconds and you aren't killing the disablers fast enough to make use of it? Fear no more, a quick toggle of Supremacy will turn you into a killing machine for as long as you need.

Beware, 5% health every second doesn't give you a lot of time to sit around.
Also useful when you need that quick boost of health when running away, or when initiating a fight.

There'd be nothing more frightening than seeing a hero charge in and activate one of these bad boys, beating on you senselessly whilst all you can do is auto-attack or run.

Throw in a lifesteal effect (or 2) to semi-counter the 5% health loss and laugh at the futility of the other team.

Other Thoughts:

Included a recipe cost (though small) because there may be a lot of people who get both of the prerequisite items, but may prefer their separate effects instead.

Balance:
Permanent magic immunity? ARE YOU FRIGGIN KIDDING ME OMG BROKEN OMG!!!
* +25% physical damage taken is no joke.
* -5% health per second scales so that you can't just stack health and/or regen to counteract its effects (most of the time).

EDIT: Thanks to Hucklecat for the images and item information!
EDIT: Changed 2.5% health loss per second to 5% health loss per second.

Not sure if this would be too risky to be worth using or too powerful for the risk to be balancing, but it's a pretty interesting item, much like its key component. Good concept and a good combination of items. Recipe cost probably needs an increase just from the 1000 bonus health and double strength boost compared to Insanitarius, even if the negative features are emphasized as well.

The fact that it gives the user 50+ str and 1000 life on activation is overpowered in itself. Try taking that away or giving something like 100% increased physical is more realistic.

IMO anything giving permanent magic immunity is stupid. The whole point of the shrunken head is to time it's use correctly giving you that extra few seconds to either make an escape or fight back, I really don't think it's magic immunity should be buffed. An item like this would only serve to nerf all casters all the time making them less viable/picked in games.

If you've got gold for all of that then the game has obviously been going on WAYYYYY too long.
