Try doing a complete reinstall: http://forums.heroesofnewerth.com/wiki/index.php/Complete_Reinstall
If that fails, try installing hon to C:/ instead of program files. If none of that helps, repost your console.log here.

Try doing a reinstall and updating now. There were some problems with corrupt files on one of the download servers. If that doesn't work, you can download the 2.0.3 installer from the homepage.
