crashes when loading from lobby to game

Since i took the new free skin for DW and keeper every single time i have one of these in my team i got k2 btw lobby and game...really annoying, i got a leave scored 'cause of that...

You had only just logged in in that console.log. Zip and upload it to tools.heroesofnewerth.com immediately after you get the crash.

I'm not sure to understand what you're saying...
But i'm not absolutely sure that this console log is accurate (i haven't checked the support requirement before it happened so i may i have reloged in and then loosing the good one). Anyway, the problem is if one guy in my team picks KotF or DW, instead of his avatar i see a bright white circle. And while loading, k2 before i get into the game. Happened twice. First was in match :23656503. Then it occurs again, and with luck, when i whispered host to explain my issue he convice other guys to rmk so this one gets void.

Hmm. Ok. It's not even starting to load resources, yet. I'll need to have one of the programmers take a look at your crash dumps.

Ok. This morning i tried a complete reinstall and it apparently solved the issue...
