Lag problem

Hi, i am experiencing lag im my games.I have Vista OS,Nvidia 8600M gs graphic card,2gb ram,double core 2,2 cpu.All graphic settings are set on medium.I added HON to antivirus exception list.
No mods installed,no temperature problems.When i test my fps i get values between 45 and 75(its not steady).
My connection is at 7 mbs,i dont have any dc's, but im not sure if its graphic or network lag...
In addition,when i tested my ping with ctr+f8 command it returned 15-25 ms.

ps.if a console log is needed,remind me how i create a new one.

host_drawFPS 1: values between 45 and 70
host_drawFPS 2:the value is 16-17

And 2.0.3 didnt help :S

ps when i have graphic settings on high i get k2 exceptions,set on medium i have no problems

Could I get the crash dumps from when you have your graphics settings on high?

Is there a difference in FPS between running HoN on medium and low?

After playing with low and medium graphic settings,lag is the same.fps are 45-75 and some moments raises to 80.I took a speedtest and i am gettting the max, my isp provides (about 8mbs) .As for the (K2 exceptions) here is the crash .dmp file : http://www.mediafire.com/?2k5u88mrev5p1o0

ps: im not sure but i think i had less lag before 2.0.3(i am playing about 20 days)

Your bottleneck is either your cpu or ram. What's your hard drive and cpu usage like while lagging?

my cpu usage reaches 50% maximum but my ram usage is stucked at 93%,i dont know why.I play several games with higher requirements(like pes 2011) without problems.I got 2 gb ram i think its enough maybe its HoNs's issue.

ps:with hon closed my ram is used at 30% (only mozilla,skype running).Vista OS :S

As long as it's not 100% it's fine. The issue is with how directx 9 works on vista/7.

The developers are aware of the fps problems. Hopefully they'll be fixed, soon.
