Lagg issue

Hello dear S2. i have a problem talked with one of u online but he said many had this problem then he didnt answerd more so i do a thread here. I have some laggs sometimes and its only the creeps/heroes And its rly annoying. it cant be my computre cuz i play anything else on highest graphics without lagg.
Plz help me. its so annoying ruin this wonderful game

P.S have tryed reinstall it didnt helped.

6 Gb ram

What's your cpu and hard drive usage like while lagging?

Gone now must been a bugg wiht my old samsung t220 monitor :S czu i got an acer in xmas gift and the random lagg is gone:S
