Lagg issue

Hello dear S2. i have a problem talked with one of u online but he said many had this problem then he didnt answerd more so i do a thread here. I have some laggs sometimes and its only the creeps/heroes And its rly annoying. it cant be my computre cuz i play anything else on highest graphics without lagg.
Plz help me. its so annoying ruin this wonderful game

P.S have tryed reinstall it didnt helped.

Processor intel core i7 CPU 930 2.80 GHz
6 Gb ram


Thats the spec But i didnt understand the thing with console.log:S
i find it but it says somethign about you may online upload .zipfile that contains console log (console.logs) or crashdumps
sample crashdump names (windows.crash (a number) then same with linux and mac
