well hon has been very laggy for me since 2.0, but besides that i was wondering if theres any solution to my problem:
I will join a game, and we will all pick our heroes, everything is fine from there, but once the picking phase is over, and the count down is passed, something happens. every game i ever join, im always the last one to load during the loading screen. as a matter of fact, everyone will be done loading and ill be half way, stuck. my screen will then freeze and i will have to wait a little while. when i enter the game, i begin to hear the sounds/music from the game but on my screen i see the chat from the picking phase. my minimap will be messed up showing the locations of players from the previous game that i just played at this point the screen is stagnant once again. after a little while, i jump into the game (as in actually seeing my hero at the fountain) and i am immdeatly disconnected followed by the message "no response from server". i can usually reconnect afterwards, but the process is a pain and a lot of the times i come into the game late and have to play through a bad start.
Note: I have this problem for EVERY SINGLE game i choose to play.
