So, I honestly have no idea where this goes, and I didn't want to directly email some tech support anything because I want more than one persons opinion and help on this issue. So if this is in the wrong place, sorry.

Anyway, my problem is. When I first installed HoN, it ran perfectly fine, high graphics and all. Gradually it got laggier and laggier, so I toned down the graphics and such. It fixed the problem for a while, but then it got to the point where I always had lag, it just fluctuated in severity. NOW, I have reformatted my computer, in hopes of eliminating everything that might cause lag at all. I reinstalled HoN, and turned off firewalls and UAC so I don't have any trouble with my computer blocking anything. Earlier I played 6 games of HoN, high graphics and all. It ran perfectly fine, no complaints. However, now, only directly after I reboot my computer does it run perfectly smooth, only for 10 minutes into the game, then the lag becomes so severe that it's unplayable. No other programs on my computer are running, my internet connection is fine, no one in the house is downloading or sucking up the internet, and I know fully that my computer is capable of running this game. So can anyone give me any ideas on what exactly is the problem here? :Puzzlebox:

Does anyone even exist in these tech support boards?

Can you please upload a console.log?

I don't see any file named that, so I'm not exactly sure what you mean. There is a text document titled "console" though, is that what you need?

Yes. Windows hides file extensions by default, which is insanely annoying.

Ok, well I unhid folders, and there is still only a document in my HoN folder titled "console". I'm assuming this is the folder, but it's a rather lengthy text document. Just to be clear before I do anything, you want me to copy and paste the entire thing on here, right? Or am I missing something.

Hi.

"Console" is the right document. We want you to zip it and upload it to http://tools.heroesofnewerth.com/upload.php and then provide us with the link, as the Wiki instructs you to.

If you do not understand how to do this, please see this page: http://forums.heroesofnewerth.com/wiki/index.php/Elementary_FAQ

It looks like network lag to me. Could you do http://forums.heroesofnewerth.com/wiki/index.php/Network_Quality_Diagnostics? If you don't know how to analyze the results, just post the outputs.

Read the whole FAQ carefully, and you might find the reason on why is this happening.
