NO response from server

like the other post on this forum, I join a game, with varying slow speed, and then i freeze, finally NO RESPONSE FROM SERVER happens, and I either rejoin or it happens again or I crash. My previous post was moved to the archive and I was hoping 2.0 would fix it, but here is a link. Can you please solve this issue?

I forwarded and triggered the HoN ports, disable all firewalls on comp, along with disabling my routers equivalent of Flood Detection

This is my newly bought sub account for the MM , as my other account WillyThePimp is over the d/c limit, primarily because of this error.

That's an NL server. Could you do your ping and traceroute tests to a USW server?

I didnt have time to do the ping but generally in games on the USW server my pinging ingame isfine. Its just loading/joining the games where the majority of the NO response from server happens

Well this type of error is usually associated with a flood detection firewall. What firewall do you have installed on your computer? Some of them can't disable the flood detection, even when the firewall is set to off.
