Also, you say that your client is freezing. Do you mean network lag as in choppiness or does the client itself lock up?

my pings never go over 180... its usually 80 - 130.
btw how i diagnostics?
and i mean the game is freezing and i think its the clint lock up because i can still hear things like "legion the barraks" , "genocide" and other stuff.

Your fps and ping look fine. I don't think you were describing your error correctly. Is your computer locking up?

i'll describe it again
sutandly i gets a lag/freeze. all the heroes stop and running on their spots.
i can hear the sound and the announcer and i can see who killed who and such.

and no my computer is'nt locking up

ohh yeah and when i try to relog its finish the loading and i can hear evrything thats going on in the game
but i cant see anything

uhh and idk if its related but i keep see the dc sign in the corner under my team list at the left side. its keep pop out and dissaper (during the all game)

Yeah, that's definitely network lag. However, your ping is just fine, which means there's probably a firewall interfering with HoN.

If you are using Windows, you can copy text from the command line by right clicking anywhere in the command line windows, selecting "Mark", left click dragging around what you want to copy, then tapping your right mouse button. Although you will not see anything happen apart from the highlighting disappearing, the text will be copied to your clipboard, and can be pasted like normal (ctrl+v, right click->paste, etc).

When ping completes it spits out minimum/average/maximum ping stats.
