@Tectus, I had avira before too and it made me some problems in other games too, and after switching to Kaspersky they were all gone. (I know that it costs 30 bucks or so, but that's worth it when it helps so much and you can just use the trial version before too.)

Guys i found a fix for this!!! Simply Forward your ports through the windows firewall. Outgoing connections.

You'll need to allow outgoing traffic to ports 80 (login/update), 11031 (chatserver) and 11235-11335 (game servers).
For help on forwarding your specific router please refer to http://portforward.com/

I re-reported this bug by accident and was told this was a Tech or Customer Support issue, which is bizarre, since the same person who moved my thread has posted in this one...

Done everything within my power to fix this on my end - I can do no more beyond going with a new ISP (and I really doubt it's to do with that).
