Issues choosing alt Hero

I purchased the alternate Pyromancer. When chosing the hero, it shows thats I have bought the alt skin, but when I click on the female version it just stays as the male version. No idea what to do.

You are doing this in Practice Mode.

It doesn't work in Practice Mode & is intended. You can still use the Spawner menu to spawn any alt's in practice though

The alt avatar you purchased will work in a real game.

Updated known issues:


Cannot spawn Alternate Avatars in Practice Mode in Hero Pick Screen: Use the Spawner Menu to spawn them instead.
