skills/spells recasting on screen

I spend a few minutes looking if there are answers for this but was unsuccessful (might of been looking wrong location).

Anyways, this started happening a two days ago:

Happens mostly during teamfights when lots of stuff is going on, spells/skills keep getting recast on my screen (so if behemoth for example stuns i keep seeing the stun being recasted over and over, even after the behemoth left)

I don't know if this is graphical error or a network error, since every time it starts to happen my ping goes to 999.

I tried reinstalling the game and it seemed to reduce the amount of times this happens but I still get it once and a while and it is quite annoying since it drops my fps and I can't do anything during fights.


My specs are:
Dell Inc. - Inspiron 1525 (Laptop)
Windows 7 Professional (64-bit)
RAM: 4 GB
Processor: Intel Celeron CPU 550 @ 2.00 GHz
Video Card: Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset Family

That's a network error. Could you do the diagnostics for it in the wiki?

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction :D

During the ping test it was all fine (average of about 70-90 ping) except for a spike I had where I lost 12 packets and ping around/during the spike was 3000 ms.

After continuing the Network Quality Diagnostic it appears to be my router/modem combination that is acting up. Currently I am looking to see if there are any firmware updates and if not I'll contact my ISP to see if they can do anything and if not maybe its time for a new one.

Glad I could help :). My guess is it's an inadequately shielded cable somewhere.
