Update to BardUIX for HoN2.0

Just finished updating BardUIX to work for 2.0. I didn't change anything except the things that were giving errors, so if you have some other issue with the mod, I'm sorry but I'm not addressing it (as I have no issues with it).

Also, to be honest, I haven't thoroughly tested this. I simply got modmanager to stop yelling at me when applying, and checked in a practice game. Hopefully it's all sound.

yep its all good except for the 10th player will extend a little bit out of the scoreboard on the top right, but thats not a big deal (and i dont feel like fixing it lol)
