You need to disable flood detection on your router and disable/uninstall any software firewalls you have on your computer.

off firewall
stopp av
checked router
butt the problem still there

You're still got a flood detection firewall on.
What antivirus and software firewall are you using?
Were you able to find the flood detection settings in your router?
