Does it give 100% block or 60%?

Pollywog Priest's Voodoo Wards damage can not be blocked.
It gives 100% chance to block Slither's Toxic Wards.

Is it the same with all hero controlled enemy units?

What about Voodoo Jester's Spirit Ward?

You know there is a practice mode, I believe spirit ward is the same as pollywogs ult. Not tested it though.

You sure about that vahn? I could've sworn HotBL did indeed block damage from the wards, i'ma test

Okay you were right :( has this been changed in any semi-recent patch?

I have some questions about other things that were blocked in dota by a shield, wondering about their HON behavior:

Armadon's spray damage
Defiler's ult
Legio's spin damage
Magebane's mana burn damage (I know this was blocked at one time, is it still?)
Torturer's impale (physical) damage
Devourers hook damage

edit: and for those that may not be blocked, are these unintentional oversights or intentional?

None of the above. Forsaken archer's damage from skeletons is blocked though.

Block mechanics won't be changed to match those because it's intended to work only on autoattacks and not physical skills.

Exceptions are easily made (ie, Pollywog's Voodoo Wards), so no worries about that.

Personally i always worked blocking of spells off the logic I employ via Deadwood's ultimate

I am currently aware that as it is a PHYSICAL spell; it cant be blocked by normal methods (obviously we arent talking a nullstone). But however these normal spells can be reduced by improving armor. So increasing armor would lower damage recieved from Pollywog's ultimate, yes?

Yes armour would decrease damage received by PollyWog's Wards as they deal physical damage. Anything that does physical or magic damage can be reduced and increased by their respective armour values.
