There is a free NZ HoN tournament in Auckland, no team required, with a first place cash prize. Here is a link to the original post:

TIME AND DATES
When : 11 am on Saturday the 11th and 11 am on Sunday the 12th of December, 2010
Where : 4/33 lorne st (same building 280 queen st) iplay Internet Cafe (www.iplay.co.nz (http://www.iplay.co.nz))
GAME & TOURNAMENT INFO
The tournament will be run as 5v5 following rules of other well-known tournaments (TBA)
There will be no entry fee
If you’re unable to find a team, or don’t know where to look, no worries, we’ll setup PUG (pick up groups) teams for anyone interested in coming.
PRIZES
first place ; cash $100 for team plus 50$ credited to a iplay membership card each person
second place ; 30$ credited to a iplay membership card each person
(10$ credited to a iplay membership card are given to each player who join the game, don't forget, no entry fee required for this tournament!)

RAM: 4 GIG DDR CORSAIR
GRAPHICS CARD: GTX 260 OVERCLOCKED
HARD DRIVE: 32 GIG Solid State Drive
Other: you MAY bring your own keyboard/mouse/headset, please let us know before
so we can have certain pc’s prepared (mouse/keyboard/headset removed before you arrive, etc) All PC’s are in
