Doesn't happen that way for me.
Works just like accursed shield, checks the heroes actual hp, if less than required amount it instantly kills, otherwise it does damage.
Which is the way it should work.

Get your facts straight son, you can still kill Moraxus with Legio's ulti, even if Moraxus has his ulti activated.

I know i should be able to, but it seem like his ultimate blocked my decapitation.
Also stop saying son, i'm not your son
Keep it civil guys, no need to be mean.
He could possibly used arcane shield to block decapitate, would you care to post the Match and a time stamp I'll happily have a look to see what happened.

Is there any chance Moraxus was above the HP threshold? Because in that case you would simply have dealt normal physical damage to his shield.

Lego's ult should work, based on how SR's ult can take him down even if Moraxus has his ult up.

Is there any chance Moraxus was above the HP threshold? Because in that case you would simply have dealt normal physical damage to his shield.
Its not physical its true damage (like jere's heal)

So what Nils is referring to is the following situation.
Moraxes it at <150 health and pops his shield. The Shield absorbs 200 health now giving M a 50 hp buffer against Lego's Ult.
Lego Ults M at this point in time. Lego's ult does not kill M.
Moraxes ult acts a health 'buffer' against Lego. Tested and Repro'd in practice.

Tested it with Legionnaire LVL16 VS Moraxus LVL16
Moraxus with 525 HP + ult after 5 sec = dead to Legionaire's ult (under 625 HP)
From Web site Moraxus ult ( http://www.heroesofnewerth.com/heroview.php?hid=165 ) :which starts with 200 / 300 / 400 health. The Matraxe may grow to a maximum of 400 / 600 / 800 health and lasts for 10 seconds
So moraxus total hp = 525 + <400+~200>(Matrax HP )= 1125
So if you were saying truth he woulndt die to Legionnaire's ult but he did.

Magical is a typo as there is nothing that has type "Magical", so it is actually treated as True Damage.
It is supposed to be "Magic" and that is fixed next patch.
