S2 The game could do something to lower the psr least one loses in a match regardless of their adversaries, who have little psr because the tendency is reduced only because it's harder to win than lose.

You get pwned by people supposedly worse than you => big penalty. Makes sense to me

If you really think your low PSR is undeserved
play 1v1s against people with higher PSR
win half the games = PSR gain (since theirs is higher)
Join team games - now u win as much psr as u lose
