Do crits stack in this game?
i.e. if you are playing swiftblade and get flayer you would crit for massive ammounts

Or is it like dota where the highest crit overwrites the lowest crit?

So I just did some quick testing in Practice Mode.

Crits don't "cancel out" like they do in DotA. But you can't "double crit" like you can crit on Scout's Vanish (Vanish and his crit can proc on the same attack, for an extra large Vanish proc).

Having a passive crit of 28% (Madman) means you crit 28% of the time.
Getting a 20% crit item, would mean you'd now crit 42.4% of the time. My guess here is, the highest crit modifier would take precedence.
Getting a 3rd Flayer (another 20% chance to crit) would put your new crit chance to 53.92%. That's just by following the Laws of Probability, and is all guesswork at the moment.

But I can guarantee that you can't double crit, for super high damage.

In DotA the crit that was acquired last overrides when both proc and they rolled separately. For example 2 20% crits have a 4% chance to proc at the same time and 32% for one of them to proc, since proccing both has no benefit, you effectively have 36% chance for a crit with 2 20% items.
In HoN all crits are double damage, so it doesn't matter which one procs, you just deal double damage(and not 4x) and the chance should work the same way, since they are trying to be like DotA.
