Torturer Ult + Invis bug

When activating Torturer's ult, then proceeding to go invisible, his ult turns off, but still drains mana.

I'm not sure which way this is supposed to function, whether Tort's ult should be turned off (and not drain mana) when he goes invis, or whether he should be allowed to use it when invis like you can with Mock, but either way, the way it is currently, is most definitely a bug

It's supposed to turn off when you go invisible. I think the way it works right now is intended because it's been that way for ever.
